We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry, and we never sell it. This page explains exactly what that means.
Information we collect
We collect the details you provide in quote enquiries: your name, phone number, email address, site address and the description of your project. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your details for unrelated marketing.
Third-party services
When online enquiry delivery is available, your details are transmitted to the enquiry service used by this website. When you prepare a downloadable project brief, it is created in your browser; no message is sent to us until you share it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are retained while we are assessing or delivering your project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and record-keeping purposes.
Access and correction
You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Send the request through our contact form and we will respond.
You can also reach us by phone on (07) 3179 6333.
